I've used Appliance Repair Specialists twice now for our dryer. They were fair in their pricing and didn't feed us a line to increase the cost of the repair. They just did what was needed and were on their way.

I'm very appreciative that this business allows me to talk to the technicians directly instead of fielding my calls through a receptionist. They were so helpful when I called in! Instead of telling me they needed to send a technician out and charging me just to evaluate the situation, they gave me advice over the phone. I will definitely use them in the future when I do need someone to come out!
